Increased NRR
Led the Revamp of app project from planning and strategy to designing the app, improving activation, adoption, and conversion, driving overall growth.

Subscription Flow Optimization
Redesigned the Dukaan app's subscription flow with a data-driven strategy, leading to an XY% increase in conversion.

Multi-Platform Design System
Scaled the design system to cross-platform by eliminating the need for separate web and mobile systems. This reduced maintenance and increased productivity.

Web Dashboard
Designed nuances, revamped features such as adding staff to your store, returns & replacements, payouts etc. that reduced XY% of CS tickets and increased in adoption.

Instilled analytics in Dukaan App
Documented business and product events, established event tracking with Mixpanel in Dukaan to monitor every single tap on the app, enabling data-driven decisions.

Designed Bot9 from 0 -> 1
Bot9 is an AI-Based Product by Dukaan that helps resolve customer support tickets. Solely designed the MVP in close collaboration with the founders and cross-functional teams.

As an intern, I was responsible for laying the foundations and crafting experiences to reduce TAT and customer support tickets. Additionally, I had the opportunity to present research-backed strategies to the leadership team.

Device Management in One Web
Conducted funnel analysis and onsite research with the PM, designed wireframes for testing with user groups to reduce 60% TAT.

PineLabs One App
Revamped the entire sign-in experience for enterprise users to reduce tickets and increase the first-time sign-in completion rate.
